Hollywood is South Florida's quieter waterfront. The Intracoastal without the traffic, a coastline that still feels unhurried, and a pace on the water that belongs to the people who live here.

Why Charter from Hollywood

01

The Intracoastal, Wide Open

South Florida without the bottleneck.

Hollywood sits on one of the widest stretches of the Intracoastal Waterway in Broward County. Head south and the route carries you past Hallandale, Aventura, and into North Miami Beach before reaching Biscayne Bay. Head north and you are eventually in Fort Lauderdale. Most of the traffic stays in those two cities. The water in between belongs to you.

02

Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk

Two and a half miles of shoreline, zero velvet ropes.

The Hollywood Broadwalk runs 2.5 miles along the coast, one of the longest oceanfront promenades in the country. Departing from Hollywood means your charter begins steps from the beach, not tucked behind a marina complex in a commercial district. The water here is calm in the morning, warm year round, and the coastline stretches uninterrupted in both directions.

03

The Intracoastal Corridor

Calm water, waterfront estates, and less traffic.

The stretch of the Intracoastal between Hollywood and Hallandale is one of the most scenic and least congested sections in Broward County. The waterway is lined with private homes, low bridges that frame the view, and stretches of mangrove that feel more like the Keys than the city. Cruising south from here connects you to Aventura, North Miami Beach, and eventually Biscayne Bay.

04

Between Miami and Fort Lauderdale

The quietest stretch of waterway in South Florida.

Hollywood sits in the middle of the tri county area, and the Intracoastal corridor running through it sees less traffic than either Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Fewer commercial vessels, less recreational congestion, and longer uninterrupted stretches of calm water. For charters that want a relaxed cruise without the crowd, this is the route.

We departed from Hollywood on a Saturday morning and had the Intracoastal practically to ourselves. Cruised south past the islands, anchored near Haulover for a swim, and made it back before sunset. Best day we have had in South Florida.
