Charter Brokerage Role

Miami Yachting Group LLC acts solely as a charter brokerage and intermediary and does not own, operate, manage, or control any vessel. Charterers assume possession and operational control of the vessel for the duration of the charter, subject to the navigational authority and safety responsibilities of the licensed captain independently elected by the Charterer. All captains and crew are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Miami Yachting Group LLC.

Miami Yachting Group LLC does not provide passenger for hire services, livery services, or crewed vessel operations.

Vessel Liability and Insurance

Miami Yachting Group LLC does not assume nor is responsible for the care, custody, movement, maintenance, repair, control, navigation, or storage of any vessel. The company is not responsible for vessel insurance procurement or dockage arrangements.

Pricing

Charter pricing displayed on this website reflects the base charter rate for the use of the vessel only, unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional fees may apply for fuel, dockage, gratuity, and other services.

Referred Personnel

Any and all personnel suggestions offered by Miami Yachting Group LLC are done so on a courtesy referral basis, free of any obligations for their usage. Miami Yachting Group LLC is not responsible for any referred personnel's actions, inactions, negligence, or purposeful behavior that may result in vessel, equipment, or personal property damage or loss. We make no warranties regarding the services, conduct, or performance of any independently referred personnel.
