All yacht charters offered through Miami Yachting Group LLC are arranged as private yacht charters. Miami Yachting Group LLC acts solely as a charter brokerage and intermediary and does not own, operate, manage, or control any vessel. Vessels are privately owned and made available to Charterers under yacht charter agreements. Charterers assume possession and operational control of the vessel for the duration of the charter, subject to the navigational authority and safety responsibilities of the licensed captain independently elected by the Charterer. Captains and crew are not employees, agents, or representatives of Miami Yachting Group LLC. Any captain or crew engaged for a charter is hired independently by the Charterer as an independent contractor. Miami Yachting Group LLC does not assign, dispatch, direct, or supervise captains or crew and does not retain operational control of any vessel. Charter pricing displayed on this website reflects the base charter rate for the use of the vessel only unless expressly stated otherwise. Additional costs may apply, including crew wages and voyage related expenses. Crew wages are governed by a separate Yacht Services Agreement between the Charterer and the elected captain or crew. Voyage expenses, if applicable, may be collected as an advance and are subject to reconciliation based on actual costs incurred. All captain selections are made solely by the Charterer from available and qualified options. Any information provided regarding captain qualifications, availability, or vessel experience is offered for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation or assignment. Miami Yachting Group LLC does not provide passenger for hire services, livery services, or crewed vessel operations. Availability, pricing, and vessel details are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
All vessels displayed or described on this website are advertised solely on behalf of their respective owners or owner authorized management entities. Any vessel that is offered for charter is made available pursuant to the owner’s authority, including any applicable permits, licenses, or regulatory approvals required for lawful charter operations. Liability waivers shall be presented to all passengers wishing to board any and all charter vessels. Liability waivers must be signed by any passenger wishing to be allowed aboard any and all charter vessels. Declining to sign the liability waiver will disallow inclusion to be aboard any and all charter vessels.
