The Yacht Villa's hydraulic spud anchoring system drives vertical pilings into the seabed, physically lifting the vessel above the water's surface. There is no floating, no rocking, no motion. Your guests step aboard and stand on something that feels exactly like solid ground.
With 1,200 square feet of combined interior and covered rooftop, this vessel offers a platform for events that a conventional yacht simply cannot. A fully furnished dining room. A lounging interior. A wrap around deck. And above it all, an open air rooftop with panoramic water views.
The interior kitchen features Häcker cabinetry and Miele appliances, the same standard you would expect in a private residence. Hosting here is social, dynamic, and entirely unlike anything else on Miami's water.

Miami Beach Marina charters include one tender vessel with 6 total runs: 2 round trips for guest arrivals and departures, plus 1 round trip for crew and supply delivery. All runs must be completed before 7:00 PM. Additional runs available on demand.

This vessel has a 14 business day cancellation policy.
Courtesy tender service is valid only for charters departing from and returning to Miami Beach Marina.
Guests electing to use an alternate marina will be billed individually for all tender runs, including applicable delivery and landing fees.
Unused tender runs that expire due to the 7:00 PM dock closure are non-refundable. No substitutions or credits will be issued.
Includes access to 1 designated villa location. Additional tender runs available on demand for an added delivery fee. Miami Beach Marina closes at 7:00 PM. All included tender runs must be completed before this time.
